Vitamin B1 (VB1, Thiamine HCL, Thiamine hydrochloride), also known as thiamine, is the earliest water-soluble vitamin purified by people, and has the effect of maintaining normal glucose metabolism. Vitamin B1 (VB1, Thiamine HCL, Thiamine hydrochloride) has a weak odor, bitter taste, and deliquescence.
